Introduction: Quick Fiction Fridays!

Hey Everyone!

I have another one of my mad ideas and I want to try it out. *Deep breath* Okay, here it goes. My usual blog schedule is one post every week, but I feel like I could be doing more. I am working on a paranormal fiction book, but as of right now there isn’t a lot of my fiction on the blog. I’ve always wanted to find a way to share some of my fiction with you before I publish my book, but I couldn’t think of how to do it. That’s where Quick Fiction Fridays come in.

Think something along the lines of Rachel Thompson’s Monday Blogs and Kellie Elmore’s own Free Write Friday.

Each Friday I will post a fictional piece that I’ve written. Maybe it’s a micro story, a snippet from the book, something from a prompt…Each no less than a hundred words. With a minimum requirement like that, I’m sure I can do one every week. On Twitter, I will link the posts with the hashtag #QUICKFIC.

If you have short fiction that you would like to share, you can tweet it with the #QUICKFIC hashtag every Friday, or link it back to this page from your blog.

So what do you think? Sound like a good idea?
